The world has now shifted its focus from a west dominated development to east. so, it has now become a question that who will become the super power in the coming future in the world - China or India.

There are many people in India believe that India would become the super power in 2020. Will India become the super power in the short coming futre. A beautiful justfication given to it is India is rich in human resource which is supposed to be the most precious resource in the world. It is a good reason, but is it really an undertaking process that Indian is very well being educated, and they are being guided to a better life and being developed to a better contributors? Though not being permissic, but i perfer to say no to this answer. I am sorry to say it to a culture diversity and friendly people. It is fact that there are many people in india is being deprived. So, there is not question that it is hard to make a betterment when there are human resources but they are being perceived to be the incapable ones in the society. Thus, Human resources in many a way are being exploited rather being used for a proper ultility.

What many India scholars believe is that China lack an integrated development. So, it would not be possible for China to become the super power in the short coming unless there would be a good governance that gives a good importance to the vital possibility that integration plays for a overall development. Indians believe that China has a depressed history in the past time, but a one-sided development today where many aspects are being ignored. So, there would always a force that pull down the development. The present development is only a short time momentum, and it will stop very soon, then the economic will collapse, and it will lost its importance in the international platform and recognition from others countries, which depent on its economy presently. This whole postute is totally depend on the relationship that support the social existence.

Here, I am in doubt if the above very perceiption is correct. There has been an assumption that Chinese and Indian were having some attitude to life. Here, the question is if Chinese is really a culture oriented people who always gives priority to the culture rather than economic. Looking at the western country, we find that there is a new culture that comes that replace the old or existing culture. Now, there is no much irrelavent between culture and other aspects in life. It is an ironic fact that there are many people now work for money only, economic status, for personal gain. Man has become to selfish, and there is not much question about cultural role in people life. Hence, we have problem in the society, and it is more in west than Asian countries.

Professionalization has paved the way toward a less sensitive life. Individual interest has become orientation to all the goals for each and everyone. Everyone is forced to move with that trend. Hence, it is definitely that China will be rising, and it will give its people the way to better living with little sense. It is also called government centered governance, where people has become so numbed to the happeings outside of his interest. I perfer to term it as Capitalist Communism. Today, many Chinese wants to have a better living standard of living, and there is not much choice is left for people to have for a better life. I remember a Chinese once said” We eat everything except human flesh, and we do everything if we get money”. Now, it is the way that China has made what a ‘Modern Chinese’ should be. So, it is true that other part of social component would not have much role in the competition for survive to prove Dawin theory on Evolution.
